Knife has no sheath for it so it has to be floating around in wherever you store it waiting for someone unfamiliar with it's location to jab themselves or slice themselves with it. The blade does not hold a good edge and is flexible making cutting up crab a bit dangerous. It comes in handy in a pinch but I'll stick to my gerber knife for bait or purchase a higher quality bait knife. For the price my expectations were not really high but I was still let down.
