    These gas springs fit perfectly on my 1991 Mastercraft rear deck lid and were very easily installed. Couldn't be happier with the product, price and delivery of these springs.

    Perfect fit and work great. Just be sure NOT to completely remove the retaining clip but only lift it slightly for an easy installation.

    Attwood SL33-50-5 Gas Spring was easy to install and works great. Replaced SL33-45 gas spring as they were weak and would not hold the rod locker doors open when windy.

    After calling customer service to find out if this product would work, I ordered a pair of them online to replace worn out gas springs on my RV roof pod. According to the CS rep, the only difference between this one and the parts I am replacing is the diameter of the rod and of the cylinder. The pressure and all dimensions are the same, and it works perfectly for my application. Thanks to iBoats for great customer service and a good price on the parts I needed.
