This switch uses compression connectors. There is no way to use a terminal with the switch. The compression connectors are built in such a way that it is nearly impossible to fit either AWG 12 or AWG 14 solid or braided core wire into it. If the wire is worked into the switch, the clamping surface will be less than 1/8" and prone to being pulled free at the slightest tug. The face mounting is not quite larger than the switch body. The only way it can be mounted is on a metal plate of less than 3/16" and this leaves the connectors dangerously close to that metal surface. It cannot be mounted on a wood surface ofa thickness substantial enough to hold it. While rated at 32A, internal inspection of the switch reveals connectors and components with less cross section than AWG14
