An item(s) may be returned within the first 30 days after the item(s) is shipped to you. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging in good condition; plus parts, accessories, manuals, and/or warranty cards included. You will need to receive a return authorization number (RA #) as well as instructions from our Customer Service Department. Please start your return online to receive your RA #. Returned item(s) that do not have a RA # will not be accepted. After 30 days of your purchase, the manufacture of the product(s) will need to be contacted for a warranty claim. If you need assistance finding the manufacturers number please contact our Customer Service Department. The following policies are exceptions to the General Return Policy. Some of the items we carry do not follow our General Return Policy.

Bimini Tops - Start return request
Bimini Tops are "made-to-order" and are thus specific to your order. However, we understand that sometimes a product you purchase just doesn't work out, which is why we want to make the return process as easy as possible for you. After all, we want you to be satisfied with your order so you'll return again and again as an iboats.com customer, and to also recommend us to your boating friends. A made-to-order bimini top may be returned within the first 30 days after shipment, but is subject to a 15-25% restocking fee. Odd-Lots, Liquidations, In-Stock Specials, Closeouts, EnduraTop Sunbrella Bimins, Striped Bimini Tops and customer requested alterations are non-returnable unless an error was made by iboats.com or by the bimini top manufacturer. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging in good condition; plus parts, accessories, manuals, and/or warranty cards included. You will need to receive a return authorization number (RA #) as well as instructions from our Customer Service Department.
Because bimini tops are "made-to-order", there will be a $25-$50 fee for any bimini top order cancellation after 1 business day of purchase, as the bimini top has already gone into production. Custom Boat Covers - Start return request
Custom boat covers (including Odd-Lots, Liquidations, Closeouts, and In-Stock Specials) are non-returnable unless an error was made by iboats.com or by the boat cover manufacturer. If an error was made by iboats.com or the boat cover manufacturer, the cover must be returned in clean and resalable condition otherwise the return will be denied. Please make sure you select the correct make, model, year or style and length of your boat before ordering. After all, we want you to be satisfied with your order so you'll return again and again as an iboats.com customer, and to also recommend us to your boating friends. Please note that each boat cover manufacturer may have additional requirements concerning product returns or warranty claims, including but not limited to: restocking fees, shipping fees, or product order change fees. Model Fish
Because these replicas are custom made to your specific order, there will be absolutely no returns or exchanges accepted after the point of purchase. Please make your selection carefully and double-check the description after you add that item to your shopping cart.
Model Ships - Start return request
No returns will be accepted except for damaged or defective merchandise. Damaged or defects must be reported to iboats.com within 7 days of delivery.
Odd-Lot/Liquidation/Special
Special/Liquidation covers are non-returnable unless an error was made by iboats.com or by the boat cover manufacturer. If an error was made by iboats.com or the manufacturer, the cover must be in clean and resalable condition otherwise the return will be denied.
Propellers - Start return request

Propellers that are returned with grease or other traces of residue will not be accepted. You will need to receive a return authorization number (RA #) as well as instructions from our Customer Service Department. Once the propeller touches the water it is considered used and is non-returnable. Returned propellers are subject to a 15% restock fee. RV Covers
If the merchandise you received was defective, damaged, or an error was made by us, please contact the Carver Industries Returns Department within 30 days of the original shipping date. Call 864-457-5820 before returning product to receive a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) Warranty The RV cover warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution. The RV cover must be properly installed, utilized and maintained. The warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
Seats - Start return request
All seat returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. The item(s) must be in clean and resalable condition otherwise the return will be denied.
Semi-Custom Boat Covers - Start return request
Semi-custom covers are "made-to-order" and are thus specific to your order. Shoremaster CoverTuff Canopies
Due to the custom nature of the CoverTuff Canopies, returns will not be accepted for Harbor-Time and Seamark tops. CoverTuff Vinyl canopies may be returned but are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Please note that these canopies are patterned for specific frames and will not fit or fasten properly to any other.

Volvo Penta Store - Start return request
An item(s) may be returned within the first 30 days after the item(s) is shipped to you. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging in good condition; plus parts, accessories, manuals, and/or warranty cards included. You will need to receive a return authorization number (RA #) as well as instructions from our Customer Service Department. Warranty: Volvo Penta parts carry a (1) year manufacturers warranty. Should the part you received fail after install, take a copy of the receipt to an authorized Volvo Penta dealer for a warranty evaluation. If determined that the part failed due to a defect the Volvo dealer will supply a replacement part to the consumer. If needed the Volvo dealer could assist in installation of the new part at his normal labor rate. If you need assistance finding the closest dealer number please contact our Customer Service Department. When placing your Canadian order, please verify that the product you are ordering is what you want - iboats.com does not accept any return merchandise on Canadian orders. The exception to this policy is if the merchandise you received was defective, damaged, or an error was made by iboats.com, in which case return the merchandise within 30 days of the original shipping date for a full refund, following the procedures below. Please note that returns sent from rural Canadian addresses may take up to five weeks to process after the package is mailed. Merchandise must still be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging in good condition. All parts, accessories, manuals, and/or warranty cards included.
