New 2007 CRN Yacht
About CRN Yacht
CRN shipyard, founded in Ancona in 1963 and part of the Ferretti Group since 1999, has been one of the principal world builders of luxury yachts in steel and aluminum.
CRN is the acronym of “Costruzioni e Riparazioni Navali” and is the symbol of an unquestionable leadership in the international yachting world. Today the shipyard builds fully customized mega yachts in steel and aluminum up to 80 meters and two lines of semi-custom vessels in composite of 40 and 43 meters.
The Ancona shipyard, which covers an area of about 80,000 square meters, serves as a multi-brand production centre for the Ferretti Group, with its facilities housing the production facilities for the maxi-yachts Custom Line, Navetta 30 and 112’ and the Riva 115’.
Recognizable for their characteristic bow, CRN yachts have always been a synonymous of exclusiveness and prestige. A professional approach, an advanced technological structure, and an accurate and prestigious design, have launched CRN yachts on seas all over the world.
The working relationship set up between the Shipyard and the client, fully reflecting the "custom-made" spirit of CRN yachts, contributes to the production of a unique product: something luxurious home on the sea.
Shipyard
Today CRN Shipyard covers in Ancona an area of approximately 80,000 sqm, of which 35,000 are covered. This consents to the simultaneous construction of 25 yachts up to 80 meters. These new areas mean that each phase of steel cutting can be controlled directly by the shipyard.
CRN has a workforce of 400 employees, which doubles when taking the number of subcontractors into consideration.
An ambitious re-structuring project cover not only the production area but also the offices and infrastructure. Outside, in front of the shipyard, a door opens out on to the Adriatic Sea; a real and unique area in front of the sea. The stretch of water in front of CRN is today a real private marina with 3 quays of 100, 80 and 40 meters in length. These will be used not only for the fitting out and completion of the CRN vessels but also as reference point for the whole Ferretti Group, which can make use of a perfectly equipped area directly on the water.
CRN Fleet
The yachts by CRN are everything a ship-owner could want. Style, elegance, prestige, exclusiveness, but giving the possibility of expressing oneself and creating ones own wishes.
Real giants in the field of yachts, with the same aim: transmitting unforgettable emotions on board "a queen of the sea", a perfect combination between power and design at the highest level.
CRN has two separate production lines: the Composite line with composite three-deck maxi yachts measuring 40 and 43 metres, and the Steel line, which is a specific division for producing completely custom-made steel and aluminium mega yachts up to a length of 80 metres. The main staircase opens onto a central lobby with a window set into the stairwell to provide natural light and a view aft across the helipad. A bathroom with shower stall allows guests to freshen up after sunbathing or using the massage pool, which is fitted with chromotherapy underwater lights. The main feature, however, is a multifunctional room with a panoramic view over the forward sun deck.
