Challenger Boats Challenger 595 S - Cuddy Cabin Boat |
2012 Challenger Boats Challenger 595 S Description
The interior is a one-piece molded inlay, with very clean curves. The cabin is a good size. Access to the anchor well is via a polycarbonate hatch. The hatch folds back toward the windscreen and stops upright. the anchor locker is adequate size, an excellent choice for this boat as they are a good all rounder in sand and mud and also do okay in rocks. There is underfloor storage for gear and fuel, long side shelves which easily take plenty of rods and equipment. Two stern lockers accommodate the twin batteries and other tackle and odds and ends. The portofino style stern and boarding platform, with walk through on the port side is a very tidy arrangement and in keeping with he rest of the boat is perfectly finished and seems solid and well constructed. The entire boat feels and rides solidly. It would not be the lightest model on the market and I suspect this pleases most potential fiberglass boat buyers. If you want light weight and tinny you buy a tinny. The Challenger is strong and well engineered and makes no apology for that. The finish and attention to detail is flawless and the value for money exceptional.2012 Challenger Boats Challenger 595 S Specifications
