I was very surprised to see the quality put into making this seat. For the low purchase price, I didn't expect the seat to be made as well as it was. I am very pleased and would recommend it to anyone. If you are going to use this seat with a standard 4 bolt pedestal, you need to purchase a reinforcement plate which extends toward the front of the seat. Great looks, great feel, great functionality. Installed one for the captain and when I sat in it, decided to order one for the first mate. What a beauty and so much better than the originals on my Striper. Comes with four screws to attach seat to pedestal for more secure fit. Bring a drill and bits because your mount likely has only 4 screws. Will make a big difference wrestling with the waves. There's a handle on back for my fishing buddies. Great price, too.

This is an excellant seat at a great price. Way better than what I had in there from the Striper factory. This seat will accomodate larger people. I am 230 lbs. and 6' tall. I still have plenty of room left. Seat is comfortable all day long, has a nice grab handle behind back rest.
