Shipping to Canada
Most products sold by iboats.com can be purchased and shipped to Canada. Some restrictions apply to certain items, such as hazardous materials, over-weight products, and the method of shipping. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
Currently, iboats.com offers ground shipping to all Canada provinces. Our Canadian brokerage service accelerates your orders through the Customs clearance process and facilitates the delivery of your order through Canada Post or the best method based on your shipping address. We do not currently offer expedited shipping methods to Canada.

If you don't wish to have an iboats.com Account with password, do nothing and your account won't be registered; however, you can respond to the instructions in the email and easily register your account and setup a password. This will allow you to sign in to your account by choosing the Order Status link from any iboats.com page, where you can browse your order history and track the status of all your orders - tracking numbers are displayed that link to the delivery carrier's tracking webpage.
If you have provided your email address during checkout, we will also email you your invoice, which includes a link for tracking your order and viewing the current status of your order. Refer to your invoice email and tracking link any time you wish to track the status of your order

Bimini Tops
Bimini Tops are "made-to-order" and are thus specific to your order. However, we understand that sometimes a product you purchase just doesn't work out, which is why we want to make the return process as easy as possible for you. After all, we want you to be satisfied with your order so you'll return again and again as an iboats.com customer, and to also recommend us to your boating friends.
A made-to-order bimini top may be returned within the first 30 days after shipment, but is subject to a 15-25% restocking fee. Odd-Lots, Liquidations, In-Stock Specials, Closeouts, EnduraTop Sunbrella Bimins, Striped Bimini Tops and customer requested alterations are non-returnable unless an error was made by iboats.com or by the bimini top manufacturer.
Merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging in good condition; plus parts, accessories, manuals, and/or warranty cards included. You will need to receive a return authorization number (RA #) as well as instructions from our Customer Service Department.
Please note that each boat cover manufacturer may have additional requirements concerning product returns or warranty claims, including but not limited to: restocking fees, shipping fees, or product order change fees.
Because bimini tops are "made-to-order", there will be a $25-$50 fee for any bimini top order cancellation after 1 business day of purchase, as the bimini top has already gone into production.
Warranty Policy
