Evinrude Crankshaft Seal Kits

I am extremely displeased with the newly revised promise date of delivery. I had no reason to order if your promise delivery date could not be met. I was promised an 1/28 delivery and I understand that UPS has responsibility too. However, I ordered on this critical part on 1/23 and now I see that it was not shipped until 1/25 - what happened to 1/24???? We are talking about a small, light part, not a boat engine. We have an abalone farm and our boats are critical to us, this keeps a boat out of the water that really really hurts our business. Gary Russell Pacific Abalone Farms
