No one locally could come up with the rewind spring for my 1970 outboard..not only was it available on iboats but it came quickly.fit well and works like a charm...only complaint is the cost for shipping across the border into Canada but that is a government issue and iboat made the cost apparent to me as I ordered..couldn't ask for better all the way around.

After ordering the repair manual for the Johnson/Evenrude outboard motors and recieving the rewind spring for my 9.9, It only took me 1/2 hr. too take the starter out and replace the rope spring. The manual was right on the money with its directions. Thanks iboats for shipping the orders promply. Dan
