Amazing
by Justin from Citrus Springs, Florida on December 01, 2017
Gflex is the go to epoxy for knife making. Iboats definitely had the cheapest price but my biggest surprise was shipping. It took less than 24 hours from the time I ordered until it hit my front door. I was blown away.

Worked on plastic kayak
by John from Saratoga Springs, New York on October 02, 2016
Plastic kayak seats were attached to base of boat with an epoxy when built. After 15 years of use came loose. Tried an epoxy from a big box store. Was too brittle. Tried this product and looks to have done the job.

G-Flex Kayak repair
by Richard from Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania on August 29, 2016
I have made several repairs to my old "worn out" kayak over the last few years with great success! Over the weekend I made a major repair to another two person kayak that had be speared by a falling branch during Hurricane Sandy. Finally after several years came up with an idea that I feel should be seaworthy....G/flex is thje glue that seals and holds the well secured repair together.

Met my needs
by Michael from Gilroy, California on August 23, 2016
Seems to be pretty good stuff. I used it to seal where the electric cord runs into my new pool lights before I installed the as a belt and suspenders approach as this is a typical leak spot over time. Others had tried G/Flex in the same way and reported good results. I am hoping for the same. An important consideration was that this product stays somewhat flexible when cured. The cure time was bit tool long to be optimal for me, but was manageable. Overall, good stuff, but pricey compared to other two part epoxies I have used. but since this was special application, I decided to use it.

Q:
What color does the g/flex epoxy turn out to be after applied?
A:
The manufacturer West Marine says it appears as an apple cider color if applied in a thin film. If applied in a thick film, it appears in color as a caramel candy.

Q:
How many ounces is each bottle and is this the 5 min, 15 min, or 30 minute set time?
A:
The bottles are 4 oz. You can view the instructions at http://www.westsystem.com/wp-content/uploads/650-K-Aluminum-Kit-Instruction.pdf.
