Key Features
All wiring is color-coded and numbered allowing for ease of identification during installation.
The seaming compound provides a tough flexible seal to prevent moisture penetration. The epoxy glue for the decks eliminates the need for mechanical fasteners.
The Delta-TŪ air demisters prevent corrosion and engine wear by ensuring that air supplied to the engines are free of sea spray and mist.
All deck structures utilize closed-cell foam coring. Closed cell foam is impervious to rot that is typically caused by water penetration.
Clear gel-coat is used to allow for visual examination of the laminate. Any noted flaw is repaired to reduce the chance of osmosis.
All hull bottoms receive three layers of epoxy barrier coat. This step in the process will dramatically reduce the chance of osmosis.
