I RECEIVED THE HEAVY DUTY OAR LOCKS TODAY. THEY ARE MUCH BETTER QUALITY THAN I HAD EXPECTED THEM TO BE. USELY WHEN YOU BUY SOMETHING FROM A PICTURE, IT ENDS UP NOT BEING THE SAME. THIS TIME BETTER THAN THE PICTURE. THANK YOU TERRY MILLER (OHIO)
