Bass boats, flats boats, tournament fishing boats will steer effortlessly with the UP28SVS 1500 Psi helm and UC128SVS cylinder. The cylinder is specially designed to minimize lost motion for premium response. Kit includes: UP28SVS helm, UC 128SVS cylinder and 2 quarts of oil. The Kit OB-SVS hoses are ordered separately and required for the SilverSteer system. The wheel is not included.
