I wanted the HOT FOOT as pictured. NOT a mount for the HOT FOOT.. I requested an RMA 2 weeks ago and then follower up with a call and was told it was being handled by Corin. I have heard nothing and also DO NOT expect to have to pay for the shipping since your product was illustrated inappropriately. If you look at the product page that I ordered from you will see the HOT FOOT. NOT a mount. Jackye Shouse order # 857653
