I ordered boat cover and motor cover for the specific size and make of my boat and motor as advertised on your website. The following is from a previous e-mail: "Your company says that if the cover did not fit I could return if within 30 days for a full refund. I saw nothing about a re-stocking fee. Also your company advertised that the cover you sent would fit a 2006 center console JV 17 Carolina Skiff. Please tell them to correct their advertising and send me my replacement cover or a full refund immediately. Also the cover for the motor was too small for the 50 HP 2006 Evinrude E-tec motor. I returned it also and expect the correct cover to be sent or a full refund." I have since been talking with Katrina and she has been very courteous and helpful. She has said that you won't be able to replace the order but I will receive a full refund(no re-stocking fee) as soon as the product is returned however I have not yet received my credit. The product was returned on May 24th in the original box with the Return Authorization # I" was given over the phone. I might add here that I was also disappointed in the quality. The material felt more like a bed sheet than a boat cover.
