Watertite is a unique fast-cure two-part epoxy fairing compound that is excellent for blister and osmosis repairs, as well as keel/hull fairing and hole repairs. It"™s an easy-to-sand, easy to work epoxy putty. Has the consistency of butter at application, cures in 1-2 hours and remains easy to sand for several hours. Can be applied up to 3/4" thick without sagging. Easy to mix 1:1 ratio. Above or Below the Waterline.
Interprotect Watertite YAV135 is an excellent fairing compound due to its unique two-phase cure, which gives a long easy-to-sand window. Interprotect Watertite YAV135 can be applied to a thickness of 3/4” without sagging and its superior spreadability makes it an ideal glazing compound for filling small nicks and scratches.
Note: Epiglass Epoxy Resin can also be used as a fairing compound when mixed with HT440 Filler powder.

hull cannot be overemphasized. The drier
the laminate, the lighter the hull, the better
the performance, the more efficient fuel use
and the longer the gelcoat life. A boat hull that
has absorbed moisture will also sit lower in the
