Most products sold by iboats.com can be purchased and shipped international. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Some restrictions apply to certain items, such as hazardous materials, overweight products, and the method of shipping. Please refer to the questions and answers below for specific details on iboats.com policies for shipping goods to international addresses.
Can my order be delivered internationally?
Yes. Through our partnership with FiftyOne, our trusted third-party international shipping partner, we are pleased to provide an enhanced international shopping experience for customers in over 90 countries, with support for many more coming soon. International shoppers now get the benefit of seeing product prices in their local currency, guaranteed total landed cost order totals, cost-effective international shipping and much more.
What is FiftyOne?
Our international partner FiftyOne is a global ecommerce solution specializing in international order documentation, payment, and shipping. With our partnership we are able to present our international shoppers with product prices in the currency of your choice, aggressive low-cost international shipping costs, and the lowest possible guaranteed "to your door" order total. The FiftyOne solution allows us to serve the best possible shopping experience to our international customers, so that you can buy from us with trust and confidence.
How will I know how much my order will cost?
Simply shop iboats.com and add items to your shopping cart and click on the checkout button when you're ready to place your order. Our international shipping calculator will calculate and display a guaranteed order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the U.S. to your selected international destination, and any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.
Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
No. When you use our FiftyOne enhanced global checkout, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your preferred currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed by our service partner FiftyOne. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges. We provide the total landed cost.
What currencies do you support?
Currently, iboats with our service partner FiftyOne, supports billing in over 40 global currencies, with more being added on an ongoing basis. Use the Country/Currency selector tool above to view and select from a list of our supported countries and currencies. Once you confirm your preferences, you will be able to see products priced in your selected currency.
What payment options do you support?
Currently, our international FiftyOne service supports Visa, MasterCard and PayPal, with additional payment options coming soon.
When am I billed?
Your credit card will be billed by our FiftyOne service provider at the time your parcel(s) leave the U.S. warehouse.
What will my credit card statement say?
Your credit card will be billed by our international service provider FiftyOne and your credit card statement will read "51*IBOATS.COM" where 51 denotes our FiftyOne network.
I live in the U.S., can I use your FiftyOne service to ship an order internationally but pay in U.S. Dollars (USD)?
Yes, our FiftyOne service supports international gift-giving, in that you can receive a guaranteed order total for an order that is shipping internationally, but pay in USD using a U.S. credit card. This also works if you're an American traveling or living abroad.
What are my international shipping options?
During the checkout process, you will be quoted a specific delivery estimate that is based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart. A general guideline for most standard shipping options is 7-14 business days, but times can vary based on items ordered, country of destination, and other factors. You can rest assured that iboats.com and FiftyOne will always work towards fulfilling your order in the most appropriate and best timeframe possible.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired service level (Standard/Express), the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country/region. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the global checkout process based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.
How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that FiftyOne supports. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the global checkout process, providing you with a total landed cost for your order so there are never any surprise COD charges.
Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?
If, for some reason, there are any items that cannot be exported from the U.S. and/or imported into your destination country selection, our FiftyOne service provider will notify you during the checkout process.
Do you ship to U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO)?
Yes, orders shipping to U.S. military addresses should go through our domestic checkout, as they are not subject to the same costs and logistics flows as our other international orders. DO NOT use our FiftyOne global checkout for APO/FPO orders. DO shop as if shipping to an address within the U.S. (in the Country / Currency chooser, select country USA, and currency USD).
Do ou ship oversized, overweight, or hazardous items internationally?
Unfortunately, international shipping restrictions prevent us from being able to ship oversized or overweight items (generally those weighing more than 68 kg (150 lbs) to most countries outside of the U.S. Any items considered hazmat or ORMD cannot be delivered overseas. If, for some reason, there are any items that cannot be exported from the U.S. and/or imported into your destination country selection, our FiftyOne service provider will notify you during the checkout process
How can I track my international order?
You can track the progress of your international package(s) through the FiftyOne order tracking portal. Click here to track orders.(https://services.fiftyone.com/tracking.srv). You will receive email notifications (if you supply us with your email address) regarding the progress of your order, with links provided to track your order.

Can I purchase or redeem international gift cards?
Unfortunately, we do not currently support the sale of gift cards to international customers or the redemption of gift cards for internationally-shipped orders.
Can I use sale promo codes and manufacturer rebates?
Occasionally, iboats.com will have a limited time sale that will require the use of a promotional code (promo code) to activate the sale discount. Within the shopping cart you are provided a form field to enter the appropriate code and receive the discount.
Manufacturer rebates are subject to their own terms and conditions - please review their policies for international sales.
What is your return policy for international orders?
Before placing your order, please take a moment to verify your product selection. iboats.com does not accept return merchandise on orders shipped outside the United States.*
*If the merchandise arrives defective, damaged, or if an error was made by iboats.com, a refund or a replacement will be issued. In such cases, please contact iboats Customer Service at the email address returns@iboats.com within 30 days of the original shipping date and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner FiftyOne in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
How are manufacturer product warranties processed?
Merchandise covered by manufacturer's warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid for products shipped out of the U.S.A. Plus manufacturer service options may not be available; enclosed literature, instructions, product manuals, and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; and specifications, labeling requirements, and voltage or other electrical standards may not conform to destination country standards. You are responsible for assuring that the product meets your requirements and can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
