No instructions were with the kit and not all the parts were included. However, the package was wrapped in clear plastic and had the "warning" that if it was opened, it could not be returned. How do you know what is included if you cnnot open it???

Even though iboats showed my item in stock on June 24th when I ordered my Carb kit they didn't ship it till the 30th. I didn't get it till the 5th of July I had to inform all of my guests no boat, no fireworks. When I did call iboats customer service to get them to Next day air one he refused and said he wasn't going to do that.
