    I install one of these right out of the box today 9/20/010 from I Boats and it would not turn ggreen i double checked every thing twiced still would not turn green now what to do with this thing. I am lost for words. Any help on this would be most appericated. Thanks Mark Mays

    This was my second purchase of this product. It is well made and is pretty easy to install. Don't tackle the project unless you have two or more hours. Overall, very happy with the way it works.

    Product OK, but iboat customer service sucks! Package arrived, box ripped in two, and all taped up. Sent picture to cus service. No reply. Opened package, it had been very wet. Hardware OK, PVC pipe was stained brown from wet cardboard. I offered a simple, cheap solution - I would buy a new piece of PVC pipe from hardward, iboats would credit me the cost, which was $7.00. Never received a reply. Rather than find a suitable new box, repack to reship to iboats, I ate my loss. You can bet you rump that I'll never buy anything else from these idiots! Sam McGirt - NC
