I recently bought a 94 Alumacraft, and started to go through the electrical to make sure everything was up to snuff. When I opened the original switch panel, one of the switches turned to dust before my very eyes! Not surprising for an 18 year old boat... I decided to rip everything out and start from scratch. I wanted a compact, waterproof switchpanel that would do the job. This was it.

Nice switch panel, came with lots of labels for everything you could think of on a boat. Seems durable and definitely water resistant. Fairly small, doesn't take up much room. Mine's on a center console skiff that gets used in the ocean, so it'll see a lot of salt water. The switches look as if they could be replaced individually if needed, and each pair of switches came with two fuses (6 total). You could bypass the fuses if you already have a fuse panel. Easy to understand, and the labeled switches make it easy for your crew to know what they are using too. I'd buy another in a flash.
