It dries to a hard scratch resistant finish with very high gloss. I use cheap foam rollers and a 3" foam throw away to tip it off. if you dip the foam brush tip in just a little brushing liquid 333 (interlux), it flows like glass. For larger projects I will use a economy grade non-foam brush. The foam will get very soft as the chemical break it down. A real brush gives a longer working time. Roll and tip in 2 or 3 foot sections and move on. try not to touch up anything once you have tipped it. you may have to pry the lid off the catalyzing clear to get it all out of the can. I find that I tend to run out of the catalyst before the paint measure it slightly on the light side, so that you have enough for the whole can.
