I have already corresponded with you twice about how unhappy I was with the last shippment.I guess you didn't believe me or the word wasn't passed down. Now that doesn't suprise me.I did exchange a couple of futile emails with some air head that could care less about customer service.Next thing you would probably tell me is he was service all star of the year. I paid $13.00 for a three day delivery that took six or maybe seven due to factors you claim were out of your control. These small liteweight gaskets could have been sent in a regular envelope but nope they had to come in a stupid big box expensive and late at that.I will be buying more marine products in the future.I own a large cruiser and a smaller boat as you know call for continued upkeep. In the future I will not be spending another penny with your establishment. That by the way is how it works. Crappy service and some bone head that could care less giving lame excuses as to why this didn't go of as needed.Please remove any acount information you have. I will think about you when I spend however much on marine parts from someone a little more accomadating.If you find this email humorus there in may be part of the problem.
