Minn Kota MK55/EM - 55 lb Thrust - Engine Mount

This Electric Motor worked as advertised. Has more than enough thrust for our 17 foot Larson Bowrider. I mounted it onto our 100 HP Merc with no issues. It works great when I tested it at trolling speed = with a bit of a wind at time too! It certainly was out of the way (and the water) when I pulled my Mom waterskiing this week. The only (small) gripe is the wired remote control, when mounted on the Drivers (right / starboard) side near the existing outboard controls - with the wire oriented down - has you twist the knob backward (towards the stern) to go forward - and conversely forward to go in reverse. I wish I could change that. All in all - I'd buy it again!
