Shaft Length Selection Guide

Measure down from the mounting surface of the bow to the water level*. Use this measurement and the table below to find the appropriate shaft length.

*Add 5" to waterline measurement for fishing in rough water. Optimal operating mode is with engine trimmed all the way down.

I purchased one locally because they had it on hand. I have ordered from I-Boats in the past and have never had a problem with them, that said I just wanted to rate this trolling motor so others would know that this is truly a great motor. I installed it on a 73 Lund Fish N Ski. The first time out I was surprised how well it moved my boat along. It has 4 Red LED's to let you know how much battery power is left. In 3 hours of running around the lake it only dropped one light and that was running about half of the time on autopilot. If you have never had a motor with autopilot you will fall in love with it. All you have to do is watch your depth finder and fish. This being my first trolling motor it took me a while to get use to the foot control and not turn the steering wheel but I'm doing better the more I use it. I'm off fishing in the morning and having a ball, Life is good.
