Moeller Swingarm Mechanical Fuel Senders
With a direct sight gauge or with the conversion capsule gathers fuel level information with the float. While accurate the gauge will fluctuate as the fuel in the tank "sloshes" around the tank when boating because of the moving parts - the float.
- Calibrated to 33-240 Ohm's.
- Direct site gauge is included with the sender.
- Optional conversion to dash-mounted gauge with conversion capsule (Sold Separately)
- Standard SAE 5 hole mounting bolt pattern
- Temperature Range-40°F to 176°F, -40°C to 85°C.
- Meets requirements of ISO 10088, ABYC H-24, 33CFR 183.590 and ISO 8846.
- Direct site gauge replacement (3575910)

About the Moeller Mechanical Sending UnitMechanical fuel sending units are some of the best sending units. They have been tried through the test of time? Moeller mechanical fuel sending units feature a direct site capsule that receives the signal from a magnet that rotates with the gear driven float arm as it is raised and lowered by fluid in your tank. The level of fuel is displayed on the direct site gauge.
Compatible with all industry standard dash mounted gauges that are within 240-33 ohms range with the conversion capsule. All components work well in today’s fuels from gasoline to a newer blended version. Diesel, bio-diesel, race and petroleum based products are ideally suited. Not recommend for use in water.
This unit will provide years of use and has a limited lifetime warranty. The mechanical sending unit kit includes a five-hole gasket manufactured from FKM material and new stainless steel screws.
Installation is quick and easy by removing the old unit and replacing the screws and gaskets. Tighten screws until the white sealant squeezes out of from under screw head. This ensures enough torque is applied. Be certain to leak test entire unit before use.
Comes available in nine different sizes to fit your tank application that range from 7-1/2” to 24” high. A conversion capsule for direct read and electric dash mounted gauge is a simple installation. Just remove the two screws, drop in the new capsule and fasten to wires. All electrical connections are measured in milliamps.
