Unless specified otherwise, an item(s) may be returned within the first 30 days after the item(s) is shipped to you. Merchandise must be in new, unopened and unused condition with all original packaging in good condition; plus parts, accessories, manuals, and/or warranty cards included. You will need to receive a return authorization number (RA #) as well as instructions from our Customer Service Department.
If needed, we recommend starting your return form here to receive a Return Authorization Number(RA #). Returned items(s) that do not have an RA # will not be accepted.
Returns for Canadian Customers
Canadian customers, please be careful when placing your order; iboats.com does not accept any return merchandise on Canadian orders unless the merchandise you received was defective, damaged, or an error was made by iboats.com. In such cases, return the merchandise within 30 days of the original shipping date for a full refund.
iboats.com has a 30-day return policy. After 30 days of your purchase, the manufacturer of the product(s) will need to be contacted for a warranty claim. If you need assistance finding the manufacturers number please contact our Customer Service Department.
Products with a 5-Year Warranty:

Products with a 2-Year Warranty:

Monster Tower warrants against manufacturer defects for a period of five (5) years for most products, with a few exceptions listed above. Anodized surfaces are specifically excluded, as their care and use cannot be controlled by the manufacturer. Any modifications or improper use, not approved in writing by Monster Tower, shall void this warranty. Monster Tower is not responsible for personal injury or damage to the boat caused by the use or installation of this product. Monster Tower's obligation under this warranty shall not include any transportation charges or costs of installation or any liability for direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from delay or improper installation of the rack.
Monster Tower's obligation under this warranty shall not include costs for installation or any liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from delay or improper installation of the tower. No dealer, retailer, or manufacturer is the agency for Monster Tower and may not assume for Monster Tower any liability in connection with this warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILTY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE.
If you need to make a warranty claim, first give Monster Tower a call at 877-778-6937 to receive a return authorization number, which is required for all claims prior to anything being sent back. Defects must be reported within 30 days of discovery.

Our standard shipping method is UPS ground, which typically takes 2-5 additional transit days after the order has left our warehouse, depending on your delivery address. We also offer other shipping options, including expedited delivery, and the actual delivery date will depend on the shipping options you choose.
Shipping to Canada
Most products sold by iboats.com can be purchased and shipped to Canada. Some restrictions apply to certain items, such as hazardous materials, over-weight products, and the method of shipping. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
Currently, iboats.com offers ground shipping to all Canada provinces. Our Canadian brokerage service accelerates your orders through the Customs clearance process and facilitates the delivery of your order through Canada Post or the best method based on your shipping address. We do not currently offer expedited shipping methods to Canada.
At iboats.com we want to simplify your transaction and give you a pleasing purchasing experience so you'll come shop with us again and again. We therefore calculate all the duties, taxes, and other fees specific to Canadian orders and show you the total landed cost of getting the order to your door. There are no hidden fees and will be no surprise COD charges when the package is delivered to you.
Order History & Tracking
We provide several methods to track your order and keep you informed of your order status and expected delivery date. After completing an iboats.com purchase transaction, an account will automatically be created for your provided email address. You'll receive an email from iboats.com Customer Service informing you of your new User Account and the many benefits it provides. If you don't wish to have an iboats.com Account with password, do nothing and your account won't be registered; however, you can respond to the instructions in the email and easily register your account and setup a password. This will allow you to sign in to your account by choosing the Order Status link from any iboats.com page, where you can browse your order history and track the status of all your orders - tracking numbers are displayed that link to the delivery carrier's tracking webpage.
If you have provided your email address during checkout, we will also email you your invoice, which includes a link for tracking your order and viewing the current status of your order. Refer to your invoice email and tracking link any time you wish to track the status of your order.
