2010 Nitro Boats 290 Sport Description

The NITRO 290 Sport boat is returning for an encore performance as one of the most versatile, all-around family runabouts ever. With our patent-pending Rapid Planing System stepped hull design, it delivers an astonishing holeshot and all the speed you need. Combined with the 18-degree deadrise, this boat is great for cruising bigger, choppier lakes and open waters.

And it’s versatile! With a convertible bow deck, removable fishing chairs, a livewell, baitwell and Minn Kota® trolling motor, the 290 is perfect for walleye fishing. Not fishing? This Deep V quickly converts to a family sport boat with an included table and ski tow pylon. Whether it’s big-water gills or thrills your family is seeking, the NITRO 290 Sport is ready to deliver.
