The only differences between OEM and this is the screws to hold the cable are set screws on the OEM connector and this one uses flat head machine screws. Fit and function are exact and the piece is high quality. My only comment would be the description should state this is for one cable. Calling it a "kit" made it unclear if it was two connectors or just one. The motor requires one for throttle and one for shift and they are the same connector.
