It was not a terribly difficult location to mount the bracket, but because it couldn't tighten at a completely flat angle (angle was only SLIGHTLY off), the main screw bent and twisted until the mounting bracket was unusable. Luckily the light didn't fall in the water. The (handheld) light worked well otherwise. Product is Made in China, as you might expect, and seems significantly overpriced, as it is basically a flashlight with a domed lense, and a very cheap U clamp. Water resistant, but not waterproof.
