product was excellent, but not what our customer wanted. he needed surface mounted rings. these had to have a hole cut for them. had to find surface mounted at another web site that had a 3 dimentional picture. all your pull rings were flush mounted but not surface mounted. not your problem but ours. your web site, products and service is excellent.
