My rating is mainly based on your web description. You don't say what rail dia. it fits. The picture suggests it may be adjusable. It won't fit more than a 1" diam.Learned this the hard way. My rail is 1-1/8". tried to expand it slightly to fit a 1-1/8" rail, and it broke. there is absolutely no allowance to bend w/o breaking.
