Installed the blue LED cup holders in our 2004 cruiser and the blue against the stainless looks fantastic! Really looks nice in daylight! The lights at night may denegrade your vision at the helm but easily blocked or better yet switched separately. I used a bus bar located outside the engine compartment ( for ignition protection) to join all 8 cup holders to my acc switch. These lights ae polarized so don't get your wires crossed. Old cups come out with razor knife easily. Clean them up or use the sealant/caulk base to afix the new cup holder They have their own adhesive strip on the bottom edge. Great upgrade!

I put the cup holder in my console, worked perfect at first, but i washed my boat one time with fresh water and the next time i turned the lights on they blinked a couple times and stoppped working.

I ordered 8 of these to replace all of the cup holders on my 20' Yamaha jet boat, and spent a few hours running all the wires, soldering, and heat-shrinking everything - it was done the right way. The rear seat area has 4 cup holders, all are soldered to common power/ground wires back there. Well, the other day, one of the 4 back there stopped working. The other 7 on the boat work great.. it came back to life once, but has since stopped working completely. Now these are out of stock and past return date, leaving me SOL. I'd rather not even turn them on than have one obviously broken!

These Led lights are pretty awesome. I did not need the cupholders, only the Led's. I took the light out and installed them in my cupholders on my boat. It was very easy to do that. I wish they sold the lights as a seperate item. A+ on this item.
