I wish I had been prompted with a message that said something like 'most people who purchase this product also purchase the key'. My mistake, but I thought the key was included the way it is with other suppliers. Also, while it was clearly my mistake, I wish the fact that the unit is printed with the word 'water' when the picture clearly shows 'gas' would have been called out a little more in the product description. I thought I was buying what was pictured. The product is a good product. The features are just not what I expected.
