Seasense Fender Holder

I guess you get what you pay for! At first I thought these were really cool, inexpensive, easy to use, no metal to scratch the boat and no knots to tie made it easy for my first mate to use. I had even purchased a few extras, but they got used up fast as the fabric chaffed through where it passed through the fenders. My fenders are of medium size 6.5" X 23", not very big and heavy and I had two of these holders chaff through and break on separate occasions. Fortunately I was able to recover my fenders both times. Currently I am searching for some type of replacement that will fit under my mooring cover that goes over my rails and doesn't require tying knots so my first mate won't scratch her nail polish or break a finger nail!
