A Sleek touring Kayak The Oystercatcher is designed or the paddler who wants a sleek boat for fast touring or extended trips. This boat has a sharp, hollow bow to give a dry ride in most sea conditions, hard chines and a shallow "V" bottom and slightly flared sides for control. She is designed with an optional Fixed skeg or integral (stealth) rudder. This rudder is made as part of the hull form with nothing sticking out. All the hardware is inside the hull.
