Who We Are

Our company began in 1987 with a desire to build a top quality boat for the people who most want them, fishermen, sportsmen, and the like.


Our mission quickly became, "To create a quality product at an affordable price for the avid outdoorsman and their families. We dedicate ourselves to promoting all watercraft activities for present and future generations to enjoy."


Being outdoorsmen ourselves, we appreciate the great outdoors. We are located on the southwest coast of Vancouver Island.


How We Build Boats

Enjoy a quick peek at of some of our manufacturing processes.

Many man hours go into each and every boat. This one is being masked up for spraying flotation.

Here you can see the flotation in the bow of this Cuddy Cabin.

The frames & stringers are set and this model will soon be ready for the next stage of construction.

The Silver Streak from Splendor Boats

The Silver Streak is in a class of its own. It is the smallest of our catamaran style boats, but the pickle-fork look to the front gives it a unique look unlike anything else we offer. The boat is then gel-coated almost entirely in a solid color, leaving only the bottom of the boat white to prevent fading over years of sitting in the water. The gel-coat job has given this boat somewhat of a retro look, and the boat itself is somewhat of a throwback. There aren't too many small boats like this out there that are built for quality and not price. This boat is hand built from start to finish by actual boat builders, not some massive assembly line trying to meet a quota. The craftsmanship is unmatched, with attention paid to all the details. If this boat has your attention, we hope you like to go fast, because this model only has one speed, and that's full throttle fast! If you aren't sitting back in your seat when you punch the throttle forward, this boat will put you there. It actually jumps out of the water, giving you the quickest time to plane on the lake. While we won't promise that you will be the absolute fastest boat on the water, beating everyone else out of the hole will not be a problem. If you are looking for something hot and new, and you don't mind everyone else on the lake looking at you, then the Silver Streak might be just what you are looking for. It's fast, it' mean, and it's definitely an attention getter.
