Spare Tire Carrier w/Bracket & Ubolt - Tie Down Engineering

I would have given this a higher rating if it had worked for my particular tire but apparently this is not made for "mag" wheels. Mine is either a 7" or 8" wide rim (dont remember) and with a 14" tire on it, this was way too short. I should have read the description closer and taken measurements. Error on my part. Also, I dont know why someone can not make one of these with the appropriate brackets to keep in on the trailer when installing and removing the tire. Kind of a pita to deal with something like this on the side of the road when removing your spare or attaching the flat. You have to reach under it and line up the bolts with the rim holes, while screwing on the nuts and it would just fall on the ground when removing your spare. That is if you mount your spare horizontally, which is the only way I could due to my trailer frame not being square. When I first saw the picture, I ordered it thinking the 2 other pieces were in fact brackets to keep it on the trailer but their purpose is to allow you to lock your spare.
