• Connect up to two optional second station Microphones and now you have three fully functioning VHF stations with off of one VHF antenna. All of the features of the main radio can now be accessed through the RAM+. Connect the VH-310 and have a full functioning Class D second station, fully equipped with an alphanumeric keypad in a Telephone style handset.

• The CPV350 can be programmed to scan any number or combination of channels with or without priority channel. The CPV350 also can be set to Dual Watch and Tri-watch. The CPV350 has the capability to warn you of impeding severe weather by audibly alerting you to switch to the active weather channel. Want to monitor more than one channel? Changing channels and operating the DSC functions is made easy with the oversized channel selector knob and alpha-numeric display.

• When having a VHF/chart plotter is not enough, connect one of the optional PA horns to the CPV350 and you now have a full functioning Loud Hailer complete with 4 fog signals, bells, whistles, horns, and sirens.

• The optional FF520 Fish Finder brings high-end fish finding capability to CPV350 WAAS GPS Chart plotter making it an ideal choice for casual or professional anglers alike. The FF520 Dual Frequency (50 and 200kHz) Black Box Fish Finder's advanced filtering eliminates unwanted noise and sharpens return echoes for enhanced separation and detection. Transducer ID™ allows the FF520 to query the transducer (sold separately) to determine its perfromance characteristics. Power output, frequency, beam pattern and other unique transducer characteristics are sent to the fish finder. this data allows the fish finder to fine tune itself to match the transducer which optimizes overall system performance. • The keypad allows quick access to most often used functions, input of DSC names and position and direct entry of channels.

• The CPV550 meets the international requirements for Class D with a separate Channel 70 receiver, which allows DSC calls to be received even when listening to traffic on Marine VHF channels. The DSC DISTRESS function when activated transmits a digital MAYDAY including vessel identification, Latitude / Longitude and time (with GPS connected), to facilitate prompt response. Additional calls that can be made are Individual, Urgency and Safety.

• Advanced receiver technology rejects the reception of unwanted signals from pagers and other unwanted VHF frequencies.

• This unique feature allows the treble and bass of the speaker audio to be adjusted for best listening. The effect is similar to adjusting the treble and bass controls on a stereo.

• Radio operation and channel selection is made easy (even with gloves) with the oversized volume, squelch and channel selector knobs. The CPV550 has Dual Watch, which scans a selected channel and ch16 simultaneously allowing you to monitor a channel and not miss calls made on ch16. The microphone may be remoted with the MEK-4 extension kit for custom installations. The MEK-4 contains 20Ft or routing cable, Stainless Steel panel mount and screws.

• All of the features of the main radio can be accessed through the optional RAM+ speaker microphone (CMP25) or VH-310 telephone style handset (2 connections) With a RAM+ or VH-310 connected, the CPV550 becomes an intercom system allowing two way private communications.
