use caution,and longer bolt by Alan - Boonville, IndianaSeptember 14, 2012
I had to make a longer trim tab bolt,the stock bolt was not long enough. I tried it there way and it fell off. I lost the spacer and my trim tab.But the hydrofoil floats so i was able to find it. So i went and got a piece of aluminum and custom made a new spacer, went and bought a new trim tab, went to a bolt and nut store found a longer stainless steel bolt but the head was too big. so i cut a slot in it and was able to use a screw driver to tighten it ,because you cant get a socket on it ,because the factory bolt was a specialty bolt that is impossible to find in a longer length. So after all that bs i got it to stay on and work.
