Stingray Classic Hydrofoil Stabilizers

I did some optional minor modifications to acheive a tighter fit on my Yamama 90 but it works great and reduces the plowing at the 8-10 knot trolling speed for Wahoo and Mahi Mahi. I also added a lower pitch prop at the same time to match my heavy boat and, now it comes on plane easily in half the time and less if three or more are aboard.

I just put this fin on my 14' displacement hull duckboat with a Mercury 15hp 4-stroke outboard, what difference! Even though my boat is a displacement hull and not designed to get on plane, this hydrofoil did wonders for the boat. It eliminated the chinewalking in choppy water and it reduced a heck of a lot of drag on boat! I actually gained 3kts with this fin. Installation took 10mins at the most and the fin is molded from some very strong plastic. I don't see it ever cracking or breaking. Very pleased with this and the performance I just got out of my boat!

This product does not fit on a Yamaha F4.
