trailer rollers
by Charles from Seaside Park, New Jersey on December 14, 2016
I've installed several of these kits, over the years, as needed, and am very satisfied with their performance. They keep my trailer in like new condition. My trailer is 12yrs old and still going strong.

Q:
Why use ribber over smooth?
A:
It comes down to trailer set up, so you will need to contact a technician. Smooth rollers tend to be about 4 inches and and ribbed is generally 5 inches in diameter. That can vary though.

Q:
Can I order a kit with the 4393, 4" with 3/4 hole?
A:
Not sure what that part number is. This is a 5 inch diameter. Shaft is .90".

Q:
How many rollers in kit?
A:
(4) ribbed rollers

Q:
What shaft size?
A:
It comes with bushings to accommodate 7/8" or 1.15" shaft.

Q:
Does the 3/4 shaft version come with hog rings and washers?
A:
Tie Down confirms that the individual rollers are the roller only.

Q:
What is the length of bushing that come with part# 86493?
A:
Part #86493 does not come with a bushing.

Q:
My shaft for the roller/ bushing is exactly 1 inch in diameter. Will this 1.15" bushing ok to use with my system?
A:
Hi Rich the Tie Down Engineering no marring wobble roller kit will work with your 1 inch diameter steel shaft.

Q:
What is the length of the bushing and will the 1.15" work on my 1" shaft?
A:
Tie down confirms this will not accommodate your shaft.
