Celebrating 40 years of excellence is no small feat for this family owned and operated company. Xpress Boats started out small in a schoolhouse in Friendship, Arkansas in 1966, but its vision was big; to build a quality aluminum boat that could stand the test of time. Xpress Boats saw its dreams become reality with the introduction of the first original all-welded aluminum boat. After numerous industry firsts, Xpress Boats is celebrating its 40th year as one of the top aluminum boat companies in the world. Xpress Boats continually strives for the next invention, the next design to take the aluminum boat beyond its limits in performance and style. From dynamic technology on hull design to sophisticated techniques in construction, each industry first that Xpress Boats has created has set the standard by which all other aluminum boat companies are measured.

Technology

The new Hydro-Dynamic Hull is the new standard that all aluminum boat manufacturers will strive to achieve. You can own a boat today that will be copied by the aluminum boat industry for years to come.


Xpress boats customers wanted more from their V-Jon boat. We have always had a tough all welded V-Jon in our Xpress Boats line. We added floors and livewells to these boats to make them more attractive to our customers. These boats were a big hit, which made them a target to be imitated by the competition. The next step was to add the Xpress Xclusive Xtreme Coat Liner for a non-skid surface that is cool to the touch and easier to maintain.


Xpress Boats then incorporated a process that had been used for years in the Xpress Boats Bass Line, the Longitudinal Rib System. This system creates a stronger bottom and gives Xpress Boats the only boat in its class that has the strength of two layers of .100 gauge aluminum filled with urethane foam, creating a sandwich hull bottom that is approximately 3" thick.


This allows our boats to absorb impact that would cause damage to a lesser boat. While not indestructible, this type of construction gives our customer the strongest boat available. Take your fist and hit it on the side of a competitors boat and you hear a rattle. Do the same to an Xpress boat, and you will hear how solid it sounds. After all these improvements, Xpress Boats still felt that its customer deserved more. The new 2005 Hydro-Dynamic Hull was that creation.
