Whether it is for a boat cover, bimini top, propeller or any iboats item, our process for returning an item is easy and quick. The first step in the return process is to start a return online. You may do this by going to iboats.com home page. In the top right corner of the page, you will find a box called “My iboats.” In that box, click on the “Start a Return Online” link. It will then pull up the product(s) you ordered and you will select the item(s) you wish to return. Enter your invoice/purchase order number and email or zip code. Next you will fill out all the required return information and click “Submit Your Return”. A return request email will be sent to iboats.com customer service.
A customer service representative will respond with the return authorization number within 2-3 business days. The customer service representative will then send you an email with the return procedure instructions and RA#. You will need to follow the return instructions in the email and send the product to the address provided. Once the product is sent, please respond to the email or call your representative with the tracking number. This will help to ensure the quickest credit for your return.
After the return is delivered to the warehouse, the product will be inspected. When the return is passed off as new and resalable, the warehouse will issue credit. You will receive a credit notification email from your iboats.com customer service representative. Expect up to 30 days for the entire return process before issuing credit.
