This is a second owner boat in great condition inside and out, professionally cleaned and waxed every season, never been smoked in or in salt water. Low Hours (422) on Twin 8.2 EFI 375 HP Mercruisers. All the mechanicals have been maintained per manufactures schedule and specs.
This John Adams design with long foredeck, shapely profile and sporty rake of the radar arch make her the center of attention in any berth. The 41PC is a big boat inside and out, yet she is easy to handle in all conditions.
Length Overall: 43’1”\\\\\\; Beam: 13’6”\\\\\\; Draft: 2’9” and displacement of 21,000 lbs.
Inside:
Sleeping for six in two staterooms and a convertible dinette in the main salon. The private master stateroom has a queen walk-around berth, with vanity, TV/VCR, corian counter and private access to head. The guest stateroom has a couch that converts to a berth with privacy curtain. The large salon has enough room for your guests and the central vac makes it easy to clean up. It features a dinette that comfortably accommodates six, with a high-low table that converts to a two person bed. There's a separate stall shower in the double entry head.
Outside:
The walk-thru in the windshield provides access to the foredeck and the two large sun-pads. The cockpit is arranged with a double wide seat at the helm and a U-shaped settee aft with sun lounge package w/two dual-height tables & filler cushions that converts into a four person sun-pad. The cockpit has snap-in carpeting. The aft deck lifts hydraulically to allow full access to the engine room. The lounge seat opposite the helm can be raised to expose a big storage compartment below. A Bimini top with full eisenglass enclosure and camper-top covers from windshield to transom. A hydraulic lift hidden in transom is for dinghy/water toys on transom. There is also a large storage compartment in transom and the swim platform has retractable swim ladder.
Galley:
Full galley with Corian Countertops, and with plenty of amount of storage drawers and cabinets. It has the following appliances: Nu-tone food center, Built-in 12 cup coffee maker, Two-burner cook-top, Carousel convection microwave, Double stainless steel sink and a Norcold Full Size Refrigerator/freezer.
Head:
Corian counter tops, medicine cabinet, storage, vacu-flush toilet and full stand up shower with sliding door.

20" Sony Flat panel & DVD in salon ,Clarion AM/FM/10 CD 8 speaker sound system, 13" Quasar TV/VCR in master stateroom, Sea Trek 775 Plotter with autopilot and remote, Sea Trek combi depth/speed, West Marine Digital VHF, Raytheon R41XX 42mi.
