1978 40' Kayot Houseboat Has been used as a rental on the inland Water Route for the past 15 years Rented an average of 6 times per year. The boat is in good condition but is starting to show signs of it's age. Some soft decking along the outside. Seems to be more worn out plywood than rot. Inside is still in very nice condition Still has that 70's Look. Motorare 1 2000 Mercury 75 hp 2 stroke motor and 1 2003 75 hp Mercury 2 Stoke 75 hp motor Stove replaced 2 years ago and refer replaced 6 years ago
