The IPS System helps makes this boat so maneuverable in tight spaces and it turns on a proverbial dime at speed. I found the best cruising speed was at 3,200 RPM where I reached a consistent speed of 22+ knots/hour. My max speed was 29+lts at 3700 RPM
This boat was meticulously maintained for the year that her owner used her. The bottom and running gear were repainted in August 09 and annual maintenance recently completed professionally. The boat was loaded at the factory with all available options including hydraulic swim platform, high capacity genset, helm A/C, aft ice maker and entertainment center, DirecTV receiver, Nautique decking and almost any factory option you can imagine. How to enjoyed this boat, she is a pleasure to drive riding softly above the waves and docking her or maneuvering in tight spots was a dream with the IPS system. No expense spared with the electronics, you feel completely confident to take her out in virtually all conditions and seas. Trips of three or four hours to the Florida Keys goes marvelously. You will love using the dink and the hydraulic swim platform made using it an absolute breeze. Swimming off the platform just lowered ever so slightly was a total pleasure. Rinsing off using the aprιs swim shower is the prelude to a cocktail. Speaking of which, the ice maker in the cockpit and sink made entertaining simple. The slide out refrigerator drawer up in the bridge was convenient for a soda or serving a guest a beer. The vac can reach every corner in the boat and the washer/dryer unit meant that we wouldnt have to schlep laundry to the marina Laundromat The storage in the basement was ample allowing for bikes, folding tables and chairs galore in addition to housing the Onan 13.5Kw genset.
