Standard Features:
Accommodations:
There is an anchor locker in the forepeak followed by the master stateroom. This is comprised of the standard "V" berth with an insert. There was a "pipe berth" over the portside berth but current owner never had a use for anyone sleeping with him and the admiral, so he took out the upper bunk and left a section to make for a shelf for books and supply as well as a full filler for the V-berth to convert into a very large masters berth. A hanging locker completes the master stateroom. Aft of this to port is a second stateroom which has a double below and a single above. The head is to starboard with a vanity and separate shower with new head system. Up 3 steps aft is the bridgedeck with "L" shaped settee to port which makes into a double bed and was also rounded in the corner for comfort. To starboard is the helm with its own seat. Aft of the helm (to starboard) is the galley. Wood doors open on to the aft deck.

Galley:
This "up galley" is spacious, airy, light, and functional. The double drain SS sink has counter space to the right. To the left is a princess, 3 burner, and electric range top with counter to its left. Below the right hand counter is a refrigerator (which is brand new with freezer). All systems are custom installed and look very upscale.
Engine & Mechanical:
The engine room is accessed through 2 hatches in the main saloon floor. There is ample room to access both engines, filters, and 2 8D batteries.
Electronics & Navigation:
The flybridge and bridgedeck helms both have instrumentation which includes Garmin G.P.S. plotter, vhf radio, and compass.
Electrical System:
The electrical system is standard for a vessel of this size. She has a generator (which needs to be replaced). This means, however, that all the plumbing and wiring is already installed and functional.
Hull & Deck Equipment:
There are anchors and all safety gear conveys. There is a full bow rail. The spacious flybridge has an aft rail with a "spray cloth". There is also is a canvass cover for the flybridge windscreen, controls, and wheel. A bimini "tops" the whole area.
Safety Equipment:
She has a CO2 fire system in the engine room, 3 fire extinguishers, and 2 bilge pumps.
