P.S. All changes can be done according to the customer’s preferences. The construction is on planking step, so some changes are still possible. The engine can be changed with a brand new engine.
The deck can be mahogany-teak or the planking can be mahogany covered. Also some other extras can be put into the cabins as like air-condition.
HULL & BODY BUILDING:
Frames all over pine, 100 mm x 85 mm
Longitudinal stringers each port and starboard sides 4 x 2 Total 8 stringers in wood and 2 x 1 additional metal stringers of 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm .
Deck to be covered with 15 mm marine Ply and covered with 25 mm pine (mahogany or teak possible), and black or white rubber fastened. Material of side Planking above main deck line is pine.Thickness 35 mm.Mahogany, teak, akaju etc. can be covered-15 mm. according to the customer's preference.
Material of side planking above waterline is pine 35mm.
Mahogany, teak, akaju etc. can be covered according to the customer's preference.
Material of underwater line is pine and thickness is 40 mm. Cooked, marine pasted, primer painted and two coats antifouled.Or can be covered with epoxy-glassfiber.
Deckhouse made of massive pine 33 mm thickness or marinply covered with mahogany etc.. Interior cabin walls made of marine plywood covered with OKIMO another African Teak and mahogany hybrid.
All floors interiorly to be covered with pine, black or white rubbered too.
All wet areas like as WC and Shower areas to be Epoxy Polyester.
Cabin deck house to be covered as same way as main deck surfaces. Bridge top deck to marine ply wood and polyester or epoxy.
MACHINERY & DECK EQUIPMENT:
Main Engine is second hand ,completely overhauled serviced and with 1 year Guarantee.
Shafts are Stainless steel, 65 mm, through bronze Shaft tubes with cutlass bearing and water lubricated system, connected to bronze 4 blade fix propellers each. This should give the vessel a high performance sea going on any weather condition
Gear Boxes are 3/1 reduction, hydraulic.
Steering of vessel is single blade in aft center bottom line, seated on end part of keel and powered by self pumped Hydraulic system with ATF Hydraulic Oil. Power is 750 KNm .
Anchor Winch is hydraulic powered through a belt of one of the main engine.
Anchors are 45(in 13.60 m.)-55kg(in 14.80 m.) , hold by 8/10 mm Galvanized chains, each 100 meters.
Rigging of masts are stainless Steel cabled 10 mm.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM & LIGHTENING & ELECTRONICS:
Vessel consists of 2 different systems like as: Self circuit of 24V or 12V preferable, 220V shore connection
A Battery set of 6 x 200 Amp, which are charged through main engine.
All living areas inside have both 12V/24V and 220V lightening. A minimal set of international Navigation Light is included on the vessel.
All areas like as engine room, WC, Galley ,Main deck have light both 12/24 V and 220V too.
Only main deck is lightened with 12/24V through lamps connected on the crosstrees of both masts.
3 Bilge pumps available as following : 1 unit 12/24 V automatic bilge pump , 1 unit 12/24 V manual Bilge pump , 1 unit manual 220 V bilge pump.
Black and Grey Water Tank emptied through a Macerator connected both to open sea and main deck valve for emptying in Marinas.
1 Unit extra fire fighting and deck wash pump 12/24 V (seawater) .available on vessel.
Connection and arial connection for Tv & Stereo set available.

INTERIOR & GALLEY & WC/BATHROOMS :
All cabins will be supplied with beds, cupboards and whatever seen on the plans, material like bed sheets, curtains and soft material is not included in yard delivery program.
Doors, walls,… completed and vessel basically ready for charter.
Water tabs and connections in all areas completed.
Toilettes in all bathrooms are standard house type toilettes in order to avoid technical defaults and to give guests comfort.
Yard will deliver standard furnishing with above mentioned material only.
PAINTING & LAUNCHING & MORE:
Vessel will be delivered fully varnished and painted in all sections.
Launching is to be done by the yard and a sea trial will follow immediately after launching and completion of engine-shaft connections.
Bathing ladders, projectors, life saving equipments and similar material is not included into the yards offer.
