BROKERS REMARKS: Another very clean and meticulously owned vessel that has had no expense spared on her. Walk up to this vessel and the first thing that will catch your eye is the shine on the hull of this vessel. Owner has her buffed and waxed on a routine basis and it shows; this one shines. Climb on board and you will notice the new canvass that was replaced by owner and looks to be in new condition. As you move about the spacious cockpit you will notice all the floors are covered and the cockpit electronics are all covered when she is kept on lift. This prevents sun damage that occurs in our Florida environment. As I said before this vessel has been babied by her owner. All instrumentation has been kept in new condition and floors and deck are the same. Move into the cabin and it will feel like you are on the show room floor. With a contemporary flare the cabin is spacious yet has a ton of usable space. This vessel will accommodate the family quite easily for the weekend getaway. With ac/heat everyone will be comfortable. This vessel boasts massive counter space and has all the comforts of home. Move to the engine compartment and you will not find a grease mark anywhere. By far this is one of the cleanest engine rooms you will find. Risers were replaced 10 month ago by a marine max mechanic and both engines are routinely serviced and maintained by him. The Kohler generator will run the entire vessel and has very low hours at 292 total hours.
Call today and come by and take a look at this well maintained and exceptionally clean vessel. This vessel shows like new and the current owner is proud of her and it shows. Look at the others first because when you compare her to the other boats you will see just how maintained this vessel really is.
